Zoomer 30 Day Return Policy

We’re sorry if the Zoomer or an accessory item did not work for you as you’d hoped. We try our best to offer our customers the most hassle free return process possible. We will  be happy to arrange for UPS to pick up your Zoomer for return. UPS will make up the three attempts to pick up your Zoomer for return.  Upon receipt, we will refund the purchase price of your Zoomer less the cost of return shipping. Please read this entire Return Policy before submitting your request for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. An RMA number is required for all returns.

  • A request for an RMA number must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • There is no restocking fee.
  • All products must be in “Like New” condition.
  • Save the box. Zoomer must be in the original carton.
  • We will arrange for UPS pickup of the Zoomer Chair.

This return policy applies to direct to consumer purchases of our products.  Return policies for wholesale vendors may differ.

All returned products require an RMA

A RMA is a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To obtain an RMA number, you must call our customer service department at 800-958-8324 within 30 days of delivery. Returns not accompanied by an RMA number may, at our option, not be accepted.

Canceled orders

Orders canceled after the item has shipped are subject to all of the terms defined in this return policy. Please contact us to receive an RMA number before sending back your Zoomer.

Credits

After receiving your return, we will issue your credit back to your original method of payment, less the cost of return shipping if arranged by us. Returns are typically processed within three business days of receipt of your item(s). If you paid by money order, we will issue a credit via a mailed check within seven business days.

If your item is defective, please call Customer Service at 800-958-8324 between 9 AM – 8PM EST, Monday – Friday or email us at [email protected]. We will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced promptly.

Returning a Zoomer Chair and/or Zoomer batteries

Upon sending your RMA, we will arrange for UPS pickup of Zoomer Chairs and Spare Batteries. Returns must be ready for pickup the morning of the third (3rd) business day after the day your RMA number was sent to the email you provided. UPS will provide you the address labels when making the pick up. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will be charged the actual amount of the UPS charges, deducted from your refund. UPS pickup is to your and our advantage due to battery shipping regulations.

Zoomer Chairs and Spare Batteries must be packed in their original cartons with all foam inserts in place. The original Hazmat papers (in the clear pouch attached to the outside of the carton) must be present as they were when you received the package. The Hazmat decals that came on the carton must be intact and legible.

Please be sure to carefully follow all return-shipping instructions when provided with your RMA number.
