Zoomer Shipping Policy

We aim to ship most orders within 48 business hours. For example, an order placed on Monday will typically be on its way by Wednesday. Standard ground shipping generally takes 4–9 business days from the date your order ships. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress every step of the way. We currently ship within the United States only. Orders placed during national holidays may experience minor delays, but we’ll get your items to you as quickly as possible. All Zoomer Power Chairs ship for free in within the contiguous United States.

Presently we are only able to fulfill orders in the USA. We are working to expand our ship-to regions and apologize for any inconvenience.

Our customer service team is here to help you every step of the way. Returns are accepted within 21 days of purchase. Please note that return shipping and a restocking fee will apply. To get started, give us a call at (800) 958-8324. Please Note:  You will most likely need to be available to sign for the delivery of your Zoomer Chair. If after three delivery attempts you have not been available, we will consider the item returned, after which we will deduct the return shipping cost and $99.00 restocking fee (as stated in our Return Policy) from your refund.

We usually use ground service. Busy times, weather, etc. may slow delivery. If you order from the west coast on a Friday, your order will take longer than if you order on a Monday morning from the east coast. If you have a deadline due to travel plans or otherwise, we recommend ordering safely in advance of your deadline. Allow yourself time to practice and familiarize yourself with your new Zoomer.
